Heriberto and all technicians have been excellent. After many years of having a maintenance contract with Sears ,We will not use Sears service again. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare using your automated system. Clerks try to sell us many services. Then we have often waited al day for service tech to come & had no shows. with NO call,. Your scheduled system is terrible & we will warn others not to call Sears.
