Annual Check-Up of Refridgerator, Washer and Dryer
Cal was exceptional as usual. He was meticulous about his checks of the equipment - all three of them, and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Above all, he was very friendly and pleasurable. We hope to have him again next year.

We have had natural gas radiant wall heaters for over 40 years. Our current heaters are one Williams brand and one Kenmore brand. Sears in the early days sent technicians who were familiar with the heaters, but then for years thereafter started sending young techs who just looked at the heaters and shrugged their shoulders - they had no idea what to do with them. Then, eventually, we were introduced to Harold. Harold knows our heaters. Every year we look forward to seeing Harold knowing that our heaters will be operational for the coming winter when he's through inspecting and cleaning them (and repairing them if necessary). As long as you have clients with radiant heaters, you need to invest time and money into training your techs how to work with them. In the meantime, we'll keep Harold!
