Eduardo was exceptional. Last year, the person was here only about 15 minutes and did very little. Eduardo was here for an hour (!) and cleaned everything. Personable, knowledgeable. A delight. thanks to him

Tyler S was very informative- explaining the guidelines for the Sears Home Appliance warranty. Sadly, I am unable to renew with the option of JUST my washer and dryer for a yearly maintenance check up which would include necessary repairs.

I would give Mr Marvin M a 6 out of 5. This was the second annual service he provided for us. Although all previous technicians provided very good service, his was consistently the most thorough.
