The service person seemed very knowlegeable about the product and gave me options until the needed parts of my Kenmore Elite refrigerator were not available. I have several Sears Kenmore appliances and have only owned this refrigerator for two and a half years but have to replace it with a new one. I cannot, unfortunately, continue purchasing Sears products with this potential outcome.

Omar was very efficient and knowledgeable. He cleaned our furnace and checked it for us. He even reminded us to get our ducts cleaned every 3 years and made sure we had a working carbon dioxide monitor. Glad to know it is good shape...and in good hands with this service, too.
