I have no complaint about the serviceman because I believe the scheduling person may have given him too many calls that day. I was originally scheduled between 8 and 12 and then that was changed to the afternoon. Finally I saw I could be waiting until 7 p.m. and I had to cancel as that was not good for me.

The technician was great your scheduling system sucks!!!! I verbally scheduled appointments your AI Larry finds a different one doesn't wait for reply just sends technician Luckily I was home and then only did the wash machine and not the dryerer. Which means I'm not sure when the technician is coming. also scheduling appointments should have a morning or afternoon not spend a whole day waiting.. I asked to speak with a supervisor about this and I never got a call back. Makes me wonder why I bother. Please post this so everyone knows how inept you are at performing duties
