Norman was friendly and ran through his maintenance program without finding any problems. He explained that if the washing machine behaves oddly--just yesterday it doubled the cycle, a first time experience--I need to call for service to fix the problem. He struck me as a pleasant and thorough person and I enjoyed meeting him. I was surprised to have nothing to sign, but the master plan leaves me receiving free service.
