William T. From Sears Home Services was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and throughly checked our soft water softener. He explained every detail of the softener, and informed us of important steps we should take to make the equipment last. I would ask for him again on any other maintenance or service calls

Gary was very personable and checked the refrigerator and did a check on the dishwasher very pleased. He was good & honest He didn't have all the parts for refrigerator repair. I decided it would be more economical to get a new with Best Buy here in town because it's the only one there used to be a sears.

John did yearly maintenance checks today for both a forced air gas furnace and a heat pump in my home. He also installed a new thermostat to replace one that wasn't functioning correctly. Everything he did was efficient and with consideration to my needs. He was courteous and friendly. I hope he can come back to my house for the next routine maintenance.

This last particular service with Patrick, what far and above the 'BEST' . He. was personable and on time. Calling before he was to arrive. He was knowledgeable on all of our appliances, and educated us on many different aspects of each appliance. Thank You Patrick.
