he told me he flushed the sediment from my hot water heater, however I did not hear or see the work he had done so I am trusting that he did so as he pointed to the sediment at the end of my driveway. I gave him the manual of the Rheem so he had to review it to accomplish the flush. I know there is a tier level of servicemen at Sears, so I am guessing all is good!!! as he had to read the manual to know what to do...just my observation. Actually no interaction with him until the completion of the "service".

Explained detailed particulars concerning my washer regarding cleaning with vinegar & using less liquid soap....very helpful & the blue hose from the washer into the drain on the wall. The original installers provided NO instructions or assistance. Jeremy was very informative & I appreciated him taking the time to actually provide specifics about my new washer.
