Steve arrived promptly. I showed him the locations of the heat pump and the heat exchanger, and he took it from there. After checking the unit, he went over what he had done and found with me. He said that the unit is very clean and should continue to give me trouble free service. Steve was polite and informative. I was pleased with the job he did.
