Sears Master Protection Agreement : Washer and Dryer
Juan, your Sears Maintenance Master Protection Plan technician, did a highly satisfactory check on my two LG appliances, the washer and dryer. The window of time for arrival at my home was 8:00-12:00, and he kept me apprised of when he was to arrive. He examined and ran both appliances, did interior cleaning, did a check on ball bearings and on the heat mechanism(s) in each, and helped me when I requested to take a little extra time so that I could clean the floor under the appliances. He was courteous, communicated his procedure well, and was efficient.
