Technician Brian has been servicing my boiler furnace with an annual maintenance service for several years. He is efficient, knowledgeable and always on time. As far as I am concerned he is one of the best in the industry today. Sears should definitely try to keep him as an employee.

Rafael was very easy to talk to, and I'm an 87 year old woman that was put into making a decision on an old 11 year old refrigerator. My friend's husband took me to Spencer's and they will deliver the new one on Monday!

He came within 24 hours and had it fixed in a reasonable time. Was very knowledgeable and friendly and after waiting for almost a month for my home warranty to send someone out to look at it, I was more than pleased.
