This was the second visit with Lani, and she was smart to suggest I purchase the service agreement on the first visit. So when I had a problem with my fridge, the second visit was covered. She takes the time to explain the reason for my problem, and doesn't get upset when I keep asking her the same questions cuz I forget the answer! Appreciate her service!
