Robert was great. I will say the department that does scheduling needs training. Was scheduled for Monday and got text moved to Tuesday. Got text Tuesday it would be Wednesday. I understand overbooking but the people at the end should be first the next day. He was able to come on Friday afternoon. Not his fault, just goes by your schedule. You don't have a number low enough for that.

Robert did an excellent job and was very satisfied with his service. BUT whoever schedules your technician needs training. They scheduled us for Monday 11/25/24 and got text every day it will be next day. Robert was able to come Friday afternoon. I should have been at first in line on Tuesday because you overbooked Monday.
