Jerome arrived in the timeframe he stated. I verified the service I would be receiving at not no cost to me and he confirmed that was correct B4 he started. He showed me what a keep an eye ony heating unit if the flame pattern changed in color or activity with the flame He mentioned a carbond dioxide detector would be very beneficial and noted the better quality ones are best and to Google the info. He also let me know yo keep the debris from building up and he changed the batteries iny thermostat and pointed out the benefit of the best temperature to use in keeping my home comfortable. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The inspection was closed out with him showing me on the cell fone that no charges were assessed then secured my signature for the completed inspection. Great job Jerome !
