It is really stupid that you make a customer wait from 8-5pm for SERVICE!! You can break it into AM/PM TIMES. You are just stressing out the customer who needs you help!!!

LOUIS DID AN EXELENT AND VERY GOOD JOB IN CHECKING THE APPLIANCES AND EXPLAINING THINGS ETC. TO ME. VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE GUY!!!! :-) YET, I'M TOTALY DISENTCHANTED TO REPLY TO YOUR TXT MSGS WHERE I HAVE TO CLICK BUTTONS AND SO FORTH. IT IS VERY COMPLICATED AND TOTALY CONFUSING FOR ME AS A 76 SENIOR :-( . ALSO, IT IS VERTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A LIFE REPRESENTATIVE WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME, WHOM I CAN TALK TO, ABOUT MY CONCERNS. I TRULY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WE PAY LOTS OF MONEY FOR YOUR SERVICES AN THIS SHOULD NOT BE SO COMPLICATED, THIS IS VERY UPSETTING TO ME!! HOWEVER, MY WATHERHEATER WAS ALSO SCHEDULED TO BE MAINTAINED YET LOUIS DOES NOT DO WATERHEATERS. I SCHEDULED AND CONFORMED TO HAVE THE WATERHEATHER DONE TODAY!! I WANTED TO HAVE IT DONE BEFORE THE 28TH OF MARCH WHEN MY MASTER AGREEMENT RUNS OUT, JUST IN CASE THE HEATHER WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED FOR ANY POSSIBLE OR UNFOR REASON, SINCE THAT WOULD BE STILL COVERD UNDER THE MASTER AGREEMENT! WHEN LOUIS CONTACTED, WITH HIS PHONE TO CHAT WITH WHOMEVER, IT WAS REPLYED THAT THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR THE WATERHEATER AT THIS TIME :-O . I UNDERSTAND THAT THE NEW HOME WARRENTY DOES NOT REPLACE WATERHEATERS ANYMORE, JUST MAINTENANCE. I DID SIGN UP FOR THE NEW HOME WARRENTY, BUT THE WATERHEATER HAS TO BE MAINTANED BEFORE THE "MASTER AGREEMENT" RUNS OUT ON THE 28TH OF MARCH. IT WAS SCHEDULED & CONFIRMED FOR TODAY THE 14TH OF MARCH!!! WHY WAS THERE NO TECHNICIAN SENT TO SERVICES THE WATERHEATER ONLY? I DID MY JOB, YOU DID NOT!!! I TRULY WOULD NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON!! TO CLARIFY ALL THIS!! AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS UNDERSTOOD!! ALSO PLEASE SEND ME THE ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER OF THE CORPORATE OFFICE FOR I DEFINATELY WILL CONTACT THEM ABOUT THIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERTAINING TO COMMUNICATIONS IN PERSON WITH A REPRESENTIVE!! ONE THING WAS REALLY GOOD AND THIS WAS YOUR TECHNICIAN LOUISE!!!! DEFINATELY A PLUS IN ALL THIS MESS. T.Y.
