He was very informative on what all was wrong with my washer/dryer. Not just telling me this doesn't work. You owe this much, bye. He told me what all was weong, what all it affected by working and not working. He made perfect sense on how he explained things to me. He did not try to be consending. He sounded like he really cared and I called my husband and we just told him thank you so much for your time. We hope he doesn't feel like it was a waste of time by coming over. But we are so sorry and we will be spending our money on a new washer/dryer not to get them fixed.

Lucy is great...professional and knows how to deal with the issue. Those that answer your phone need have a lot of background noise, they will let you know they are not in the state and or possibly the country. Communication with them is terrible. Lucy did a fantastic job of explaining the problem.

Jose was extremely helpful in doing maintenance on our heater. He also offered advice about our filters and suggested an extra service to clean our drain for the AC which we took advantage of. He was very kind and personable. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. And it was done so quickly and efficiently we were greatly pleased. Our best experience with Sears in a while.
