Not only did Jarrod T. provide the required maintenance on my dishwasher, he gave me valuable information about my other appliances and showed me that my microwave was in fact working fine and not in need of replacement, as I had believed. He is one of the best technicians I have ever met. I hope Sears sends him again next year when my dishwasher is due for its next maintenance check. Thanks Jarrod!
