Bowman is friendly, patient, helpful, explains well, empathic to me with issues beyond his control. Have been a Sears Home Services Protection Plan customer for many many years. It is beyond frustrating and ridiculous to have telephone contact with a virtual assistant. Questions CANNOT be answered. Information has been wrong…it has taken six long months to fix the issue, with need to reschedule and or make another appt, due to more problem solving, sending a water damaged part, having to reschedule as coordination of appt was in error with technician and Sears, not being told I could not be cooling my refrigerator with ice as it will give a wrong reading (even though I told the technician on a video appt, etc etc etc. It would be less expensive and time consuming to have bought a new refrigerator for what the monthly payment for the plan has been. Three different technicians came over the months; two out of three were great. Your customer service on the phone and online is HORRIBLE. As a benefit for being a Sears Home Service Protection Plan customer, why can't I talk to a real live person immediately, rather than a virtual assistant?????
