Awesome technician
Robert was on time called when in route and when he arrived in the yard.... Was very helpful when looking at the furnace found the issue and advised what I need to do to stay safe till a electrician could come out and fix.

Clear Spring, MDReplaced broken counter weight spring
I noticed the washer had a balance issue and it start walking and making loud noises but I thought it was because I did not balance the load when I was placing the clothes in the washer to be cleaned. While Jonathan was here, he noticed the broken counter weight spring was on the floor and he told me about it and replaced it. When he told me about the broken spring, I now know why the washer was walking and making noises. I am so glad I have warranty plan and like the idea of Sears coming over to do preventative and checking the appliances annually. While Jonathan was here, he also check and clean the dryer, dish washer, range and refrigerator. Will consider renewing the warranty contract before it expires in 2025.

Jossey took the time to explain how the process works. He was great - however the rest of the process has not been great or even poor. It has been terrible. We were dropped from the system after receiving information from the technicians that the hot water heater was unrepairable if the parts could not be located. A search was initiated and the only message I received was that the parts search was cancelled at the beginning of December. This is now the end of December and until I fought with a live person in Benefits - George (unsuccessfully)- and then tried the automated line was I able to get an earlier appointment just to find out the replacement process was at the beginning of the process. Very unsatisfactory. No call back to inform, no process identified, no next steps for us to follow were provided at the beginning of November/December.
