Schedule time
After I made my initial request for service, I received about 6 e-mail notices of my schedule visit time. First my schedule was a range from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. I received two of those. Then I received several more scheduled times one was in the morning for the washer and then one was for the afternoon for the dryer. The same tech was scheduled for both appliances. I then got a revised schedule with two different times for the tech for both appliances. I was the process of calling in the morning after the scheduled time of arrival when the tech called to inform me he was on his way. This confusion needs to be addressed. While here the tech did a very good job. But your scheduling notification process issue needs to be addressed.
