Amazing Tech
Michael M was amazing! The first technician came out & mis-diagnosed my issue & told my repair would be almost $500. We considered replacing our washer but chose to do the repair instead. When Michael came out he actually opened up my machine and determined it was a simple clog. After clearing the clog and running a simple vinegar wash my machine was good as new. Michael will be my go to from this point on!
