Today Tim came to our home to service an issue with our washing machine. Tim also performed some routine maintenance on the machine as well as our dryer. Tim was efficient but thorough. He explained everything in a polite and clear manor. The text message communications we helpful in knowing when Rim would be arriving. Tim also called himself to check in earlier in the morning. Overall we are very pleased.

However, the company he represents has no integrity left. The call center agents gave one scam after another. First, you stated I pay for sears protection plan after the service call and everything checked out. When that was done, agent tried to sell me a home warranty insurance which I clearly did not want. Finally after several calls, I was able to purchase what I think 🤔 is the sears protection plan according to the agent. But who knows??? This new company using sears name is shady and without integrity!

Jesse was here on three occasions to perform annual maintenance, then repairs on both appliances. Parts were ordered and he retuned to complete the lengthy repairs. He was professional and diligent in his efforts as he performed the work. Additionally, he was friendly and pleasant as he explained what he was doing and demonstrated his extensive experience and knowledge to complete the job right! Thanks for a job well done.
