Rudy's early arrival was nice, turns out Rudy resides in the town just south of ours. Seemed to have acquired the knowledge necessary to service the dryer in a timely manner. He was also able to speak to me with regard to the plans available for regular maintenance on all of the other Kenmore devices that we had purchased while Sears was still selling appliances. And the potential for adding other equipment to the list of items to maintain such as Furnaces, HVAC units, and perhaps our newly installed whole house generator. A couple of items that were shown on the list of Sears/Kenmore products (dishwasher/cooktop) can perhaps be exchanged from the list so we can add the two furnaces and the two HVAC units? My bride is looking for an upgrade to the dishwasher anyway...
