the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and kept me abreast of any potential problems I might have. The dispatch system needs to be a little bit more professional. My repairman was given 2 out of my 3 appliances on Tuesday but on Monday he was given all 3 of my appliances. When He was finally given my refrigerator he was told he was not qualified to work on Refrigerator but on Monday it was REALLY confusing. The tech was really good
