Robert seemed to be very knowledgeable about refrigerators how he was telling me why my refrigerator is better than the newer ones and that they should continued to be made like mine. Instead of going forward in making a better product of refrigerators, they're going backwards which isn't good as far as the consumer is concerned. Robert told me that refrigerators is what he specializes in the most instead of washing machines.
