John did an excellent job. The oil filter was stuck and had not been changed ever and John was able to get it off. He changed the blade all the filters and lubed. I am very happy with the service. Sears is lucky to have him.

the tech Emilio provided great service. I did have a problem with the timeline - my 1. email said the tech would be here between 8:16 am and 9:30 am but it kept getting changed. Tech finally called at told me it may bet 5 pm before he can get to my maintenance because jobs were added as he went along. I guess it's not first come, first served anymore.
