originally had an appt on Monday...no show! had difficulty getting in touch with Anyone! had already cancelled 2 personal appts for this house appt! a call finally came later that afternoon and she said they had a shortage! why didn't anyone call? no email msgs either! then rescheduled for today, friday...lots of email with mixed msgs! so happy Technician Norman came today after i told him one of email said rescheduled for another day! he had come to our home before and always did and does an excellent job! Sears is fortunate to have an employee like him after All the mix-up and miscommunication! so we rate him a "10!"
