The tech was great! Your scheduling service for us was a nightmare! Kept changing the times throughout the day which I can understand but then they never showed up or called us for the first and second scheduling. They finally came the third day. Your techs should keep in touch with the customers by phone calls.

The service is very good and when they give you a time you can count on them. The guy John was very honest and he will also let you know before he fix anything what's the problem and what it will cost and give you his honest opinion so I will definitely recommend giving them a call before you take it to a handyman and be out more than you can afford

James did a great job as I am the landlord for a rental property but I live out of country. James communicated well and kept me updated as to what he was doing and how much it might cost. I know my situation isn't normal but James was able to work with the constraints of me not being there and I felt like he handled the situation and the tenants very well.
