PM on disposer identified a drain pipe ring seal that requires replacement. Waiting to hear from Sears on that appointment to repair. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank You

Daniel was friendly, polite and replaced my frozen ice maker, and even suggested a preventive maintenance clean out for my dryer. Although I don't usually appreciate upselling, in this case it was warranted. Daniel answered my questions about preventing freeze-ups in the future and I am completely satisfied with his service. However, twice a day reminders of my appointment for over a week was not appreciated.
