Tyler, Sears Appliance Technician, was professional, technically proficient, and personable. Tyler performed PM check on washer, no issues noted. PM on disposer identified a drain pipe ring seal that requires replacement. Waiting to hear from Sears on that appointment to repair. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank You

Daniel was friendly, polite and replaced my frozen ice maker, and even suggested a preventive maintenance clean out for my dryer. Although I don't usually appreciate upselling, in this case it was warranted. Daniel answered my questions about preventing freeze-ups in the future and I am completely satisfied with his service. However, twice a day reminders of my appointment for over a week was not appreciated.

Technician Nelse had a welcoming, professional demeanor and was very thorough on the maintenance service for our Samsung Electric Range. He was very informative on what he was inspecting and analyzing. He provided some helpful suggestions for using the range. He left things clean when finished and even provided input that our over the range fan needed a new filter and was getting brittle, explaining how that can affect its efficiency (even where I could find a replacement for AGING fan). A great customer service impression for Sears Repair! THANKS, NELSE!
