Washer repair 1/21
Our technician was thorough, thoughtful and respectful. I was very pleased with Kenneth. Although I hope nothing else goes wrong with our washer/dryer but, if it does I hope we are lucky enough to get Kenneth as our tech. Regards, Richard

Gary came to service 2 washers, 1 dryer, 2 refrigerators, 1 oven, 1 range/oven and a dishwasher. He took time on each appliance, but by the time he maintained my washer and dryer it was too many appliances for one technician to do throughly. In the past the technicians had time to take apart the washer and dryer and remove debris and items. Another technician maintained my other dryer and freezer on the same day. I am satisfied with Gary's work but he was scheduled to do too many appliances one day. I understand the availability of technicians is low. Technicians are spread too thin and are forced to work on more jobs per day. Too bad. When there were more technicians the wait was 2-3 days and 2-3 handled my 10 appliances. Gary was excellent!

Antonio was great and very knowledgeable about his work. He was able to come back out and quickly diagnose the problem we recently had as well as other issues that may have caused our refrigeration issues. In additional he also gave sound advice about the things I could do myself to maintain a healthy refrigerator. Will always recommend him.
