No call & no show by tech on 12/12/2024. When I called in, they said the tech had an emergency & they rescheduled for 12/16/2024. No one showed up for this second appointment and they & rescheduled for 1/22/3025. The tech who arrived for the January appoint called & arrived with the appointment window and apologized for my previous scheduling problems. He was polite, knowledgeable and did an efficient job.

I'm more than Thankful that Tyler R. Is a member of the Sears Home Services Team. Based on my experiences, it appears that Tyler is the only technician in the field. He's been great; unfortunately, I can not say the same about the rest of the Home Services Team, to include management. Still waiting for a call from someone in a supervisory or management position.
