Mark was very knowledgeable and professional. He removed and replaced the inlet valve in no time and was able to test out the washer functions.

He came and did the maintenance as expected. No problems with him. I was a little disappointed with my scheduling, I asked to get maintenance on the refrigerator and my freezer. I will now have to make another appointment and tie up another day.
