Bob is as knowledgeable and kind. He explained the process and problem with me thoroughly. He even attempted to try to help me with applying for the shop your way credit card which was approved but wouldn't provide an expiration date for me to pay my bill and when I tried to call you can't even speak with a live person. Bob is an asset to your company and deserves a raise. Your credit card needs to hire some customer service representatives instead of using AI.
