Ryan came to perform routine maintenance on the Kenmore front-loading washer. He was faced with the difficulty that this was an added job to a scheduled dryer repair. He made a few phone calls and was able to assure us that the dryer repair had been assigned to another Tech, who would come with the needed part. Ryan took the time to explain some user-performed maintenance (such as clearing the lint filter on the washer) and to discuss good practices.

James was on time and pleasant to talk to. He asked some questions to get a better understanding of the situation and went to work. Short time later the snowblower was running. Then he spent time going over everything to ensure it was in proper order. Then took the time to explain what the issue was and guidance on how to prevent it from happening again. Can't ask for more than that.
