Service was great but I have a problem with extra charges that was not explained to me , Sears needs to do a better job explaining the charges Do a break down of charges and email to customers before tech arrives

Dave is awesome, very knowledgeable and honest with with any of your repairs. Very disappointed that Sears will not renew my master protection policy again on my Proform treadmill after being a loyal customer for many years. It's this kind of decision making that has basically caused Sears to go out of business. Sadly, I will be looking elsewhere for any of my appliance needs in the future! However, Dave is the best so please request him for any of your repair needs on any of your items! Five Stars for Dave!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
