I already did this. Mike worked hard. Samsung are a challenge. Mike checked everything, made phone calls and concluded it must be the motherboard. The screen shows nothing about a reset button, but I think somewhere along the line Mike pressed something because the washer is working properly. It is not showing "check the drain filter," and water enters the washer. No complaints about Mike.
