We had the pleasure of having Antonio service our refrigerator and washer and dryer. His primary visit was to diagnose an issue with our fridge and clean/maintenance our washer and dryer. During this process he was very clear and thorough in his explanation and education of what the issue was, what parts were needed, how the fridge is supposed to work, logistics, order of process and in communication with our appliance insurance company as well. He recommended products that would assist with the proper maintenance of our washer and dryer and, he cleaned up behind hisself. Antonio is professional, kind and patient as we also witnessed his communication with another colleague who called him for guidance. Sears is fortunate to have an individual who cares about his performance and customer service. Take care of this employee. You don't want to let him go.

Daniel was very through in with my washing machine and dryer, going so far as to take apart my dryer and cleaning each component before putting everything back together like it was. He also went ahead and inspected my.dishwasher. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed maintenance on their appliances.
