Experienced some difficulty and confusion scheduling. Had a same day appointment which is why I chose this service. But when we were #2 in line, the automated system cancelled my appointment and rescheduled for the next day. When I spoke with customer service, no one could explain why the appointment was cancelled. The technician, James, was polite and very helpful. The junction box on our dishwasher was blown. He ordered the part and will return in a week to install.

Randy serviced our Maytag Washer and Dryer as well as the Proforma Treadmill. He was very thorough and completed all the necessary tests. He did a great job and is a true professional. The only difficulty was with the scheduling of the treadmill service in conjunction with the washer and dryer service. This difficulty was with those who took the initial service request and was further complicated by the Agreement Benefits team. Randy did a GREAT job; he is a true professional and he is an asset to your service staff. Thank you Randy.!!!
