Nate was fantastic. A Dryer replacement panel was ordered by Sears. The replacement date of 8 April was sent to me. The verification code process from Sears was attempted twice and did not work. Please provide assistance to confirm a date for dryer panel replacement.

Technicians arrived on time. Karam was courteous and professional. My AC got a very good tune up which is important in keeping my AC in good working condition. Two thumbs up!

I had three arranged appointments for HVAC, washer and dryer check ups. HVAC service was early and did a great job. The other two appointments although confirmed were never set up, and I was told my plan didn't cover check ups, even though it was confirmed that there was no charge for this service, as part of my plan. I will not be extended this plan because the cost keeps going up and what you get is not worth the money.
