One should seek an alternative to Sears Home Services if 1-visit service is valued. Don was great. Unfortunately he works within a faulty system. Sears Home Services was advised specifically what we wanted. The specific part number was supplied to the service booker. It did NOT appear on the job ticket, rather generic "Door broken". An image could be uploaded & was. It contained part # with message "service required: replace this gasket". That information was not supplied to Don. Sears did not send him with the required part. Another visit is required after part arrival. Boo
