Mr. Nedzad was very pleasant and I feel he did a great job with the maintenance service on our refrigerator. He confirmed everything was working correctly. We had some ice buildup in the freezer. He took care of it, cleaned and greased the drawer rails, and also cleaned up after himself. He's a very nice person.
