Duan called & came. Did a quick & good job. I'm very happy with his work. Whoever was supposed to come the Saturday before never called me. Finally by six. I canceled the appointment. I kind of feel like I should've at least gotten a text or something saying I'm late or I'm not coming, but I did not.
