Aidar M arrival was very timely, and very pleasant. He immediately ran a few diagnostic checks, but found he had to disassemble further. He was very careful in our home and professional. Aidar, was able to provide a temp. repair, with parts on order. We were very pleased with the service provided and look forward to the arrival of the new parts.

Everything went fine and he took good care of my machines But I am fragrance sensitive and when he used his vacuum to clean out my dryer it put laundry smells into my house from other peoples laundry smells. Next time I will have them use my unscented vacuum. Not his fault. I just didn't think about it ahead of time or it being an issue.
