He did preventative maintenance on our washer, dryer, water heater, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. He tested and cleaned around each unit, and he even uncovered other problems we weren't aware of (such as an electrical outlet that was going bad). He discussed various maintenance and repair options going forward with openness and clarity. He was efficient and thorough and friendly to talk to.
