He assessed the issue, explained in detail what was wrong and broke down the price. We decided to not do the repair, as the price would be as much as just replacing it. He then gave suggestions on what kind to buy and what we'd be wasting our money on. To top that off, he even gave us tips on what to use to clean the new one when it comes! 10/10 highly recommend.
