Ryan came to perform routine maintenance on the Kenmore front-loading washer. He was faced with the difficulty that this was an added job to a scheduled dryer repair. He made a few phone calls and was able to assure us that the dryer repair had been assigned to another Tech, who would come with the needed part. Ryan took the time to explain some user-performed maintenance (such as clearing the lint filter on the washer) and to discuss good practices.
