Treadmill, maintenance
Alan was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only complaint we have was that the app said he would arrive between 915 and 10:30 AM and then it kept delaying the visit and he did not arrive till 5 PM. But this was an issue with the app and not with Alan

Cory was very polite and very thorough while performing my yearly maintenance . He did additional little things and answered all my concerns. I feel he went above and beyond just doing the basics. He was also kind and patient in explaining what he did. He is an exceptional individual!
