Sears support split my scheduled preventive maintenance for 4 appliances that were on one day to 2 separate days and it was a chore trying to reschedule the new appointment to a day I could use. When Tony came, he changed all the appointments to be done while he was there and eliminated the grief I experienced dealing with the scheduling support.
