Mohammad diagnosed our problem and expertly fixed the issue. He explained in depth the design issue that causes us to have this issue over and over again. The ice maker froze over as Samsung's are likely to do. It is working well again, until the next time, which is no fault of Mohammad. It's the manufactural design and only Samsung can fix it with a redesign..

Excellent exceptional He was able to order the parts needed, whereas when I tried to order them, the proper parts were never delivered. He also installed the rack for which the wheels were never delivered and had enough ingenuity to use the wheels from the original rack. Also he has a very pleasant and sensible demeanor.
