Cornelius was cordial and quick to diagnose the problems that our family was having with our Kenmore Elite Washer. He then ordered the 3 parts needed to fix it. Our technician, Willie, arrived in the last hour of the estimated time, but when he got here, he was great! He listened to what the issue was and quickly found the problem and ordered the needed replacement part right away. I was able to pay with a secure payment app and Willie was done in a reasonable amount of time. 5 stars out of 5!
